Practicing gratitude helps us to become more mindful and there have been lots of psychological studies on the practice of gratitude. The results point to greater levels of happiness and life satisfaction … plus, it’s so easy to do. Literally anyone that’s committed to change can start doing it and begin to take control of their thoughts and emotions.
